let the boar marinate for 12 h. dry with paper towels and brush with olive oil. bake in a low oven until it softens, wetting from time to time with the juices from the roast. cut the boar into individual portions. serve with buffalo mozzarella stuffed polenta, small onions and tomatoes baked in the oven with olive oil, rosemary and the sauce that formed on the baking sheet.
