Preparation
Prepare the skewers alternating the chicken, peppers and chives. Reserve. In a saucepan, cook the sauce ingredients until reduced to 2/3. Pass the prepared skewers in the sauce and bake on the grill.
Repeat this procedure 2 or 3 times with the same skewers, taking care that they do not burn.

Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts cut into pieces about 3 cm
- 1 bunch of spring onions cut into 3 cm pieces
- 2 green peppers cut into 3 cm pieces
- For the Sauce:
- 1 cup of mirin tea
- 1 cup of soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
