All the ingredients are placed together in a glass pot for 8 days (in maceration), taking care to stir daily so that the sugar dissolves and all the ingredients are mixed. after the eighth day it is filtered and bottled.

- 1 lt raw milk
- 1 lt warm boiled water
- 1 lt 90 degree alcohol
- 1 kg granulated sugar or in breads
- juice of 2 lemons
- 10 cloves
- 2 branch (s) vanilla
- 1 pinch saffron
