Llanero brandy cocktail with carambola

Blend the carambola in order to prepare a well concentrated juice, add sugar to taste. In a shaker or jug, pour the brandy, the carambola juice and mix for 1 minute. serve in a cocktail glass with ice and garnish with 1 slice of carambola.

Preparation

  • 10 shots of llanero brandy
  • ½ dozen carambola
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
