Preparation

In a bowl, mix well drained tuna with onion and coriander.

Add the lettuce cut into strips, the lemon juice, the mayonnaise, a little olive oil, salt and pepper. Mix again until all ingredients are well integrated. This will be the filling for the avocado.

Peel the avocado, cut it in half lengthwise, remove the stone and season with salt, pepper and lemon juice.

Finally, place the filling on the avocado halves. Serve cold and have a good appetite!

  • half lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise

  • 3 lettuce leaves
