Preparation
Place the pork loin in a saucepan and season with crushed garlic, salt, saffron, pepper, onions cut into thin moons.
Sprinkle with vinegar and bring to a very low heat to cook with the covered pan.
Turn the meat occasionally.
After cooking, serve with a mixed salad.

- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 dl of vinegar
- salt q.s.
- pepper q.s.
- 2 large onions
- 4 cloves of garlic
