Preparation

In a pan, place the potatoes, peeled and cut into thick slices;

Cover with water, add salt to taste and light to cook in medium fire until almost soft; but don't cook too much.

Reserve the potatoes.

In another pan, add the olive oil and saute the chopped onion;

Then add the crushed garlic and saute until golden brown and add the cod and stir well.

Then add the black pepper, the olives and the green smell;

Mix everything very well.

Turn off the heat and reserve this seasoned cod.

How to prepare the cream:

In a blender, add milk, cream, cream cheese and grated cheese and salt to taste;

Beat for about 1 minute to mix well.

Assembly:
Pour some of the cream on the bottom of the dish and spread well;

Then make a layer with half of the potatoes cut into slices;

Then line with half the seasoned cod;

Make another layer of cream, another layer of potato and the rest of the cod;

Finish with the rest of the cream.

Make a layer of sliced ​​mozzarella cheese on top;

Then place in a preheated oven, 200ºC, for about 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted.

Serve hot and have a good appetite!
