Preparation

1. Season the dogfish with salt, lemon juice, a little pepper and coriander. Leave to marinate for about 30 minutes.
2. Place the peeled potatoes, the sliced ​​onions, the sliced ​​pepper, the chopped garlic, the bay leaf and the peeled tomatoes in pieces on a clay tray. Drizzle everything with oil, water and white wine, season with a little pepper and put it in the preheated oven at 180ºC for about an hour.
3. After an hour, remove the clay tray from the oven for a moment, add the dogfish sprinkled with a little more coriander and return it to the oven for about 25 minutes.
4. Turn off the oven, let it stand for about five minutes and serve.
