Preparation

let the cod soak for 48 hours. then, remove the skin and the pimples. cut the onions into slices. chop the bacon and cut the garlic into strips. cover the bottom of the pan with a portion of the onions, place a portion of cod on top of it and place a portion of potatoes, bacon and other spices on it. sprinkle with a spoon of flour. do this successively until you complete three layers of each ingredient. add the olive oil, cover the pan and bring to the heat (about 30 minutes), always basting with the sauce itself.

  • 6 onions
  • 2 garlics
  • 1 dl of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 50 g of bacon
  • 600 g of potatoes
  • 3 tablespoons of vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons of wheat flour
  • 1 bunch of parsley; salt and pepper.
