Preparation
Wash the meat and bring it to a boil in 3 liters of water. Put the two cups of barley rice to soak, make a fritter with the onions, pepper, celery, garlic, add the fritter to the pot where the meat is boiling; Once the meat is tender, add the two cups of barley rice, previously soaked, boil for 20 minutes and add the chopped cabbage with the potatoes. Serve hot.

- 1 red onion
- 1 white onion
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 tbsp. garlic liquefied
- 2 celery leaves, chopped
- 2 tbsp. oil with achioteça cabbage leaves
- 5 potatoes cut into 4 parts
