Preparation

In a pot, fry the onion, oil, achiote, salt, and cumin. Add the milk and parsley and bring to a boil. Soak the crumbled bread in the milk. Add the bread to the broth and boil for 5 minutes, then beat the egg with a little milk, add the broth and remove from the heat.

  • 4 tbsp. white onion
  • 4 tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 3 tbsp. of oil
  • 1 liter of milk
  • 4 loaves of salt water
  • 1 egg
