Preparation

Put the beans in a bowl, put them with water and let them soak a few
11 hours. We drain them and put them in a saucepan with twice as much water as
what they occupy. Add cut onion and let everything cook over a fire
slow for about 2 hours. Toast slices of bread and spread them with garlic, salt and
plenty of olive oil. Serve the beans with a pinch of red pepper and seasoned
with oil. Accompany them with toasts.
