Preparation
Crush the cookies until all the pieces are dissolved, mix them with the butter and knead until a uniform dough is left, to which we add a splash of sweet wine and knead a little more. We spread the dough in a flat container of about 25-27 cm. diameter. we mount the whites to the point of snow and reserve them. Then we add the philafelphia cheese, the sugar, the flour, the lemon zest, the egg yolks and mix well. when everything is mixed add the whites and mix everything. Pour the mixture into the source where we have put the cookie dough, and put it in the oven for 45 minutes at 200º. while putting three tablespoons of blueberries with twice the water and two or three tablespoons of sugar to boil for 4 or 5 minutes over low heat, stirring from time to time. just before serving we pour the cranberry sauce over the cake and eat.

- 60 gr. of butter,

- 350 gr. philadelphia cheese,
- 150 gr. of sugar,
- 1 tablespoon of flour,
- the grated skin of a lemon,
- 3 egg yolks and the whites mounted until stiff,
- 150 ml. cream,
- blueberry jam.
