Preparation
1 Cut 2 K goat meat into pieces
2 Place in a typical clay pot
3 Add olive oil, lard and onion cut in 1/2 moons, garlic, charcoal, bay leaf, salt and pepper
4 Pour red wine until covered
5 Cover the pan
6 Bake in a very hot oven
7 Add more wine if necessary
8 Bake 3 to 4 hours
9 Serve with sliced potatoes
