Separate the sour powder in a bowl.
Bring a pot of milk, salt and margarine to the fire. Wait to boil.
Add this mixture to the starch. Knead until the dough gains consistency.
Add the eggs and continue kneading. Finally add the grated cheese and mix well. Grease your hands and roll into small balls. Arrange the loaves in a pan and put some cheese on top. Then, bake in a conventional oven at 180ºC for 30 minutes.
Serve it hot!

  • 2 tablespoons full of margarine

  • ½ grated half-cured medium cheese (preferably Canastra)
