Preparation

we start by making the dough. As on other occasions, we mix all the ingredients and knead until we get an elastic dough that comes off the hands. Let stand an hour or until doubled in size, covered with plastic wrap and in a warm place.

We can prepare the peppers, cut them in half, remove the tail and sauté them with a little oil and salt for a few minutes. they don't have to be done at all. we cut the tomatoes in half.

When the dough has risen, we knead it a little so that it loses air and we knead it giving it the desired shape and thickness.

We assemble the pizza, first the tomato sauce, the basil, the cheese and then we distribute the peppers and the cherrys. Bake at 210ºC for about 15 minutes.

  • 250 gr of solid flour,
  • 125 ml of warm water,
  • 5 gr of dry baker's yeast,
  • 15 ml of olive oil and salt.

  • 100 gr of padrón peppers,
  • 10 cherry tomatoes,
  • 5 tablespoons of tomato sauce,
  • a tablespoon of chopped fresh basil.
  • 100 gr of mozzarella.
