wash and dry the chicken well and cut into small pieces.
Mix together the lemon juice, Chinese sauce, and 1 1/2 teaspoon salt. Marinate the chicken in this mixture for at least 1/2 hour, stirring well from time to time. Mix flour, pepper, paprika, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt in a plastic bag.
In the bag, add the chicken pieces (a few at a time) and shake the bag closed until the pieces are well floured.
Add the pieces to the hot oil, shaking them a little before to remove the excess flour (you should not add too many joints to the pan to prevent the oil from cooling).
fry until golden brown and crisp. serve with lime wedges.

  • 1 chicken of 1 1/2 kg.

  • 6 tablespoons Chinese sauce (soy)
  • 2 or 3 cups of own oil for frying
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons of paprika (paprika)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
