Preparation

Find a cauldron or deep pot and melt the butter. put the bananas to brown and add the sugar until it is golden brown, do not burn too much. then add the cinnamon, sweet cloves, vanilla, and finally the wine.
finally, add the water to cover the surface and let the water evaporate until it forms a caramel.
This dish can be considered as a dessert or a garnish, for rice and meat.
tips
do not let the sugar burn too much, so that it does not take on bad taste.
