Preparation

in a saucepan take the oil about 1dl with the garlic cloves and the chicken breasts open on low heat for 10 minutes. add the tomato pulp, mushrooms and cream, the parsley and cook for another 10 minutes on low heat , season with salt and pepper to taste and the bay leaf and let it cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally while not letting it catch, as soon as the cream starts to get thick, turn off the heat and keep warm. fry the potatoes and arrange the chicken breasts on top, drizzled with the sauce. serve immediately and decorate to your liking.
