Preparation

In a frying pan, cool the onion and garlic; When the onion is browned, add the peas, pepper, salt and cumin. aside, cook the depressed chicken in water with some onion and yellow pepper and when it is tender remove from the heat. cook the tunta, peeled and cut into small pieces. strain, add cheese, egg and stir over low heat until cheese is set.
sauce: chop the onion in a feather, the tomato in squares, mix and season with oil and salt. serve the chicken with cooked potatoes and prepared tunta. put the sarse on top of the chicken.

  • 1 small cheese grated
