Preparation

Season the thighs lightly with a pinch of salt and the juice of half a lemon. place the prey on a griddle and cook until golden brown on each side.
meanwhile, mix the other ingredients of the sauce in a bowl: the juice of half a lemon, the skimmed yogurt, the chopped mint leaves, the honey, the salt and the pepper. let it rest for a few minutes in the refrigerator.
when thighs are done, serve on each plate, drizzling sauce on top. Accompany with steamed rice or mixed salad of green leaves.
