a slice is removed from the chilies where the trunk is and it is removed
the seed. then mix 3 diced tomatoes, 1/2 onion
chopped, the bread crumbs, the egg, 1 1/2 teaspoon salt and the pepper
with the raw ground meat and with all this the chilies are stuffed.
in a pot, cook the other 7 tomatoes in a glass of water and
they are liquified with everything and the water and 1 level teaspoon of salt is added to them.
In a frying pan, fry the garlic and 1/2 onion, finely chopped and
done the liquified tomatoes.
then the chiles are placed standing with the opening facing up inside
sauce, cover and boil for 20 minutes.
It can be accompanied with mashed potatoes or rice.
