Preparation

Place the flour on a surface and make a hole in the center. Add the salt, sugar, oil, egg, and wine. Mix all the ingredients together and stir in a circular motion with your fingers to form a smooth batter. Add the necessary amount of water, in small proportions, to form a smooth dough, knead lightly and leave to rest for about an hour.

Take small portions of the dough and roll out with the help of a rolling pin or other utensil. Fry in hot oil.
