Preparation

Start by greasing a round pan (approx.20cm) with butter or margarine, without a central hole and preferably with a removable bottom.

Chop white chocolate and put it to melt in the microwave, for 30 seconds at high power and remove to wrap. Return for another 30 seconds and remove to stir again. Repeat the process until the chocolate is completely melted.

Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 180º.

In a mixer or hand mixer, beat all the ingredients for 2-3 minutes: creamy cheese, melted white chocolate, milk, sugar, cornstarch and yeast. You should obtain a smooth mixture, without lumps.

Tip: If the mixture becomes lumpy, pass it through a sieve before the next step.

Put the mixture in the previously greased form and bake in the oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown and pass the toothpick test.

Allow to cool for approximately 10-15 minutes and after that time remove the cake from the oven, carefully unmolding.

Serve on a plate and spread a little strawberry jam over it, decorating with fresh strawberries. Reserve at cool temperature.

Serve and have a good appetite!
