Preparation

Form a dough, mixing the soft butter together with the ricotta, sugar, eggs and flour.
knead, cut to taste and roll out all the pieces.
spread the marmalade on top.
re-form a ball of dough with each piece.
cook them in boiling water.
remove them and sprinkle with sugar and breadcrumbs.

  • 50 gr butter

  • pinch of salt
  • jam or frozen plums as a filling
  • melted butter.
  • toasted breadcrumbs
