boil the milk. add sugar, salt and butter. let cool until warm. Reserve. Separately dissolve the yeast in the warm water. add to the milk mixture. add eggs, grated lemon peel and sifted flour. beat well for 5 minutes. to cover. let it rest and grow in a warm, sheltered place, free of drafts, for about 1 hour and a half. grease with margarine and sprinkle with flour a smooth pan, or buds, with a hole in the middle. cover the bottom with plums and almonds. over these, pour the dough. mix the raisins. stir in the mold itself and let it grow again in a sheltered place, until doubling the volume, for about 1 hour. bake in a regular oven for 50 minutes.
