preparation mode
put the water, butter, salt and sugar in a pan. bring to a boil. add the sifted wheat flour in one go, stirring constantly until the dough comes off the bottom of the pan. remove from heat and continue to stir until the dough is soft. let it cool. add the eggs one by one, mixing well. drip 10 to 12 portions of dough on a greased baking sheet. bake in a hot oven, until the dreams are golden and grown (about 1/2 hour). take it out of the oven and cut it on each side of the dream, so that it does not wilt. take it to the oven for another 5 minutes. let cool and fill with cream.
filling
mix chocolate, sugar and salt. gradually add the whipped cream, mixing until a very smooth dough. let it cool very well. put in an electric mixer and beat until the cream is consistent. stuff the dumplings when serving.
