Preparation

In a medium saucepan caramelize the sugar. Deglaze with 2 juices and wine. Add the vanilla bean and boil until the caramel has completely melted. Thicken the liquid with the starch and then add all the fruits. Serve with vanilla or vanilla ice cream.

Ingredients

  • 100 g of sugar
  • 250 ml of grape juice
  • 250 ml of orange juice
  • 250 ml of dry demi red wine
  • ½ longitudinally cut vanilla bean
  • 75 g of corn starch
  • 100 g of clean blackberries
  • 250 g of seeded and halved cherries
  • 300 g of clean raspberries
  • 200 g of clean and halved strawberries
