mix the dough ingredients and beat until smooth and smooth. you can make the eve dough and keep it covered with a damp cloth. make a ball with the dough, divide it into 3 parts and put it back together forming a ball. sprinkle with flour and let stand 1 hour wrapped in a cloth. open with the roller. with a ring-shaped ring of about 22cm in diameter, cut a slice of the dough. place in the pan and spread a layer of raw cherries, without pits, previously sprinkled with sugar. surround the ring with the rest of the dough and bake in a moderate oven for 1/2 hour. unmold, brush with the cherry jam and put it in the oven just to give it shine. serve with whipped cream.
