Preparation

boil the milk with the orange peel.
pour the eggs into a bowl, add the sugar and mix well, without beating. add the milk already warm.
in a pan put the sugar to make caramel point.
pour the preparation into a caramelized pudding form.
bake in a double boiler. it will be cooked when you stick a toothpick, and it comes out dry.
after cooking remove it from the oven and let it cool completely before unmolding it.
