beat all the ingredients for the crepes in the blender cup. make sure that there is no wheat flour attached to the cup wall.
heat a nonstick skillet and butter. run a paper towel over the pan to remove the excess butter.
when it is very hot, place a dough shell in the frying pan and make a circular motion so that the entire bottom is covered.
lift the tip of the crepe with a spatula to see if it is golden. when it is, turn it over (with the help of the spatula). let the other side brown as well and remove the pancake from the skillet by placing it on a plate. repeat this operation until the dough runs out.
