Preparation

arrange the strawberries and wash them. soak the gelatin. bring the sugar to a boil with 0.5 dl of water until it boils. add the strawberries and cook. crush and add the gelatin, squeezed. cool down. beat the cream and add them, the previous preparation, reserve a little for decoration. now assemble the semifreddo, alternating layers of cream, with the cake bases and with the help of a ring that should be placed on the serving plate. finish with the strawberry syrup you reserved. refrigerate until solid. remove the ring, decorate to taste and serve.
