Preparation

Place the milk and vanilla pods in a pan. let it warm (do not boil).

In a bowl, beat the eggs and sugar with a wire stick.

Add the milk to the eggs, stir and put the mixture in a caramel shape.

Place in a preheated oven (180ºC) in a water bath for 60 min.

Allow to cool completely before unmolding.

  • 1 Vanilla pod
  • 350 ml of milk
  • 5 tablespoons of White Sugar
  • Liquid Caramel
