Preparation

put the sugar on the fire with the water and boil until it reaches a strong wire point. add the yolks to the eggs and pour the syrup over them, stirring vigorously. then add the finely chopped almond kernels and the coconut. place this dough inside pie molds, previously lined with tender dough. sprinkle with powdered sugar and cook in a weak oven. serve after cold and sprinkle with a little more powdered sugar.


tender mass preparation:
put the flour in a bowl. add olive oil, vinegar and a pinch of salt. wrap well and add the water little by little until you get an easy to shape dough. make a ball and let it rest for about 15 minutes. then roll out the dough on a floured surface until very thin. line the shapes with the dough.
