Preparation

peel pineapple, mango, tangerines, oranges, pear, banana and kiwi. remove the middle part of the pineapple and the mango core. cut all the fruits into cubes, about the same size and drizzle with lemon juice. set aside in the refrigerator.

prepare a sauce by mixing the lightly beaten yogurts with the rum, the spoon of powdered cinnamon, a pinch of vanilla and the yellow sugar to taste.

wash the strawberries and split them in half. when serving the salad, decorate with the strawberries and drizzle with the yogurt dressing you prepared.

  • 1 lemon
  • 1 sleeve
  • 2 tangerines
  • 2 oranges
  • 1 pear
  • 1 banana
  • 1 kiwi
  • 150g strawberries
  • for the sauce:
  • 4 natural yogurts
  • 1 spoon of cinnamon
  • Yellow sugar
  • vanilla powder
  • ½ glass of rum
