the milk is boiled with 1 kilo of sugar without stopping to move, until it thickens well. The grated coconut is boiled with ½ kilo of sugar in 2 cups of water, when the coconut is cooked, the two sweets are stirred.

12 egg yolks are beaten, added to the mixture and put on a low heat.

When it boils, it is poured into a platter, garnished with almond halves and baked until golden brown.

  • 1 ½ kilos of sugar

  • 2 bowls of water
  • 12 eggs
  • 20 chopped almonds
