Preparation

Put the oil in a pan, add the garlic infusion in oil and the chopped onion and let it brown.
Add the leek cut into thin slices.
When the leek is soft add the cod, previously cooked and shredded and cook.
Sprinkle with flour, drizzle with milk and let thicken over moderate heat.
Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Remove from heat and add the mustard and coriander.
Allow to cool.
In a baking dish, line with parchment paper, place 3 sheets of filo dough, duly brushed with melted butter. Place the filling, close and overlap 3 more sheets to cover the pie. Brush with butter and put the ends together.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200º for 25 minutes.

  • 300 gr of shredded cod
