Preparation

place the fish on a tray and cover with garlic and salt and cover with onion. put the carrot in strips, sprinkle with pepper and oregano, sprinkle with olive oil and pour a little wine mixed with water into the bottom of the tray, in which the paprika and lard.
peel and cut potatoes in quarters and place on the tray next to the fish.
bake in a low oven, basting occasionally with the sauce.
serve with green salad.
