Preparation

start by peeling the potatoes and cook them in salted water. also cook the spinach, but separately.then season the salmon with salt, pepper and a little garlic powder.after cooked, drain the spinach well and set aside.so drain the potatoes, once they are cooked, and pass them by the pass vite. add milk and butter and bring to a boil. season to taste with salt, pepper and nutmeg. add the spinach, wrap carefully and set aside in a warm place to keep from cooling. then bring a non-stick frying pan with a drizzle of oil to the heat and cook the salmon on both sides until golden brown. immediately serve the salmon on the bed of mashed potatoes and spinach, drizzling with a drizzle of olive oil.
