Preparation

Peel the avocados, remove the seeds and crush the pulp with a fork.

Chop a clove of garlic and add to the avocado, as well as the lemon juice and the yolk. Season with salt and pepper; involve well.

Place the cod slices on a tray and cover them with the previous preparation.

Preheat the oven to 200º C. Peel potatoes and onions; cut them into thin slices. Arrange them around the cod, as well as the remaining crushed garlic cloves.

Drizzle everything with olive oil and bake for 25 minutes.

Remove from the oven and place a tablespoon of cheese over each piece of cod. Serve next, sprinkling with pink pepper.
