Preparation

Season the salmon with the parsley, salt and black pepper.

Place a drizzle of olive oil in a nonstick skillet. When the skillet is hot, add the salmon. Turn every 20 seconds so that they are golden on all sides. Don't let it fry too much.

Mix the cream, mustard, honey, salt, olive oil and lemon juice in a bowl. Place over the salmon.

Accompany with boiled potatoes, sprinkle with parsley and good appetite!

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of salmon without bones (approximately 200gr each)
  • Chopped parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste to season the salmon
  • 100ml (half a pack) of sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon of honey
  • Salt to taste
