This recipe is one of the cod recipes, which besides being easy, is also extremely tasty.

Start by cutting the potatoes into cubes and cooking them. Cod slices turn out to be cooked and shredded.

In a frying pan, sauté the onion with the garlic cloves, in olive oil.

Add the cod to the stew, add the boiled potatoes and the bechamel sauce.

Mix everything and season with salt and pepper. Add the shrimp brains.

Put everything on a platter, cover with grated cheese and sprinkle with scrambled eggs (not cooked), bake until the top is golden brown.

Serve hot and have a good appetite!

  • 1kg of potatoes
  • 2 pieces of shredded codfish
  • 300gr of shrimp kernels
  • 1 packet of Bechamel sauce
  • 1 onion
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 2 eggs
  • grated cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
