Curcuma Tea

Turmeric tea helps in the digestive process, strengthens the immune system, antibacterial, is considered a natural anti-inflammatory, powerful antioxidant effect.

Cautions:

It is not recommended for pregnant women and for people taking anticoagulant drugs and with obstruction of the bile ducts.

Preparation

  • 5 pieces of turmeric root, chopped into small pieces
  • 1L of boiling water
  • Preparation mode:

  • Take 3 cups with the main meals
