Preparation

both the chicken breast and the steak are grilled. they are cut into long and short strips. the two chilies and the four onions are cut into short strips previously sautéed with oil.

on the other hand, the salad is prepared consisting of several lettuce leaves, guacamole, onion, chili and chopped cilantro. butter and a house sauce are added separately. served with a spicy jalapeno pepper and a lemon wedge.
