Preparation
Run the raw fish fillet in the multiprocessor, thoroughly washed. Wash the kebab flour and let it soak for minutes. Mix the seasonings and re-pass the multiprocessor with the fish and the well-squeezed kebab flour. Make the balls and flatten them. Fry in hot oil and dry on absorbent paper.
Ingredients
- Green pepper without burning and green smell also passed in the blender
- 4 large onions in the blender
- 500 grams of kebab flour
- 1 kilo of hake fillet
- Salt to taste
