Preparation

- Grill the steak, seasoned with salt, the sausages open in half and the sausage also open in half.
- Fry the eggs and set aside.
- In the meantime, mount the francesinha. Place the steak, sausages and sausage on the first slice of bread.
- Cover with the other slice of bread.
- Place the fried egg on the bread and cover with 3 slices of cheese.
- Heat the sauce and pour the sauce over the francesinha, very hot to melt the cheese.
- Serve with chips around.
