peel the beans and cook in a little water seasoned with salt and a mint sauce.
after cooked, drain well.
Apart, the black pudding is cut in slices and the bacon cut in slices over a low heat. the fat obtained is poured over the broad beans.
cover the pan and stir from time to time shaking the beans. this operation of cooking and stirring the broad beans should take a maximum of ten minutes.
put the beans on a platter or pelangana (deep bowl) and decorate the surface with black pudding and bacon slices.
goes with fried mackerel and lettuce salad.
