Preparation

Sauté the onion and garlic, mix the peppers, tomatoes, chicken stock and cilantro and add to the stew.
Season with salt and pepper.
Fry the chicken pieces and cook until tender.
Serve hot, accompanied by ripe fried rice.

  • 2 green bell peppers, chopped

  • 1/2 chicken bouillon cube
  • 2 tablespoons coriander
  • 1/4 cup white onion
  • 5 cups of yellow rice
  • 3 ripe fried
  • salt and pepper.
