Preparation
Put the noodle to cook with a little salt, cut the onion into a disc shape finely and sauté in the pan then place the diced pepper, the carrot, when everything is sautéed, place a drizzle of Chinese sauce, mix and place the chicken diced cover and let it sweat for about 10 minutes and put a cup of water boil about 30 minutes until the chicken is cooked, drain the noodle and when the chicken is cooked place the noodle and place the parsley, celery and a pinch of salt, let it boil for another 20 minutes without allowing the jigo to consume and serve with a few parsley leaves.
