Preparation

Season the conger eel with garlic, oregano, salt and pepper. Let stand for 10 minutes. pass the fish through the egg shake and rest for another 10 minutes. pass the fish through flour and fry in hot oil.

  • 1 minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 1/2 egg beaten with salt and pepper
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
